Networks

Our Networks

Our department supports a range of networks that facilitate the sharing of insights and information on home affairs and migration policies. These networks bring together national administrations, NGOs, and individual experts to foster collaboration and exchange best practices.

Radicalisation Awareness Network (RAN) – Practitioners

The RAN Practitioners network allows professionals to collaborate and share effective strategies in countering radicalisation and extremism across the EU.

Radicalisation Awareness Network (RAN) – Policy Support

RAN Policy Support aids the European Commission in facilitating policy-level discussions among EU member states to address various radicalisation challenges.

European Migration Network (EMN)

EMN provides valuable insights by gathering, analysing, and sharing factual data on migration and asylum trends throughout Europe.

CERIS – European Research and Innovation for Security

CERIS continues the legacy of the Community of Users (CoU), aiming to support European security research and innovation initiatives, particularly in the context of Horizon Europe’s 2021-2027 objectives.

Labour Migration Platform

The Labour Migration Platform fosters cooperation between the European Commission and member states on legal migration and employment matters, strengthening the intersection between migration policies and labour markets.

European Migration Forum (EMF)

The EMF serves as a forum for dialogue between civil society and European institutions on pressing migration, asylum, and integration issues.

EU Internet Forum (EUIF)

The EU Internet Forum, launched in 2015, tackles the misuse of the internet for terrorist purposes, promoting a safer digital space across Europe.

Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Network (CSAPN)

CSAPN connects researchers, practitioners, and stakeholders to share best practices and collaborate on measures to reduce child sexual abuse within the EU.

Civil Society Forum on Drugs (CSF)

The CSF engages civil society in the development and implementation of EU drug policies, ensuring that diverse perspectives are represented in key decision-making processes.
